About Us

Started in the Spring of 2020, Dossier Sauce Co. was born out of a mission to create a super flavorful but not too hot, Jalapeño Hot Sauce.  Once the perfected recipe made its rounds to friends and family - the feedback was overwhelmingly, “You should sell this!”.

The quest for one great sauce has turned into five, and the development of these new sauces has ignited a passion necessary to turn hot sauce into a small business. 

We aim to make sauces that have multi-layered flavoring, use fresh ingredients with no additives or preservatives, and are always vegan and gluten free.  Sauces that bring the heat but also won't ruin your day, I hope you like them!
